- Flying Branch: 20 to 24 Years (Candidates born between 02 January 2003 to 01 January 2007, both dates inclusive).
- Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical): 20 to 26 Years (Candidates born between 02 January 2001 to 01 January 2007, both dates inclusive).
- Note: For Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holders, the upper age limit for the Flying Branch is relaxable up to 26 years.

https://afcat.edcil.co.in. - Register/Sign Up: Click on “Sign Up” and register using your Full Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID. A User ID and Password will be sent to your email.
- Fill Details: Log in and fill in personal details, communication details, and qualification details. Ensure that the Name and Date of Birth match exactly with your Matriculation (Class 10) Certificate.
- Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph (100-200KB), signature (80-150KB), and thumb impression (50-100KB).
- Pay Fee: Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 550 + GST (except NCC Special Entry) via the online payment gateway.
- Print Confirmation: After successful submission, print the application form for future reference.
