SBI PO Selection Process and Exam Pattern
The selection for SBI Probationary Officers is based on three phases. No Physical Efficiency Test (PET) or Physical Measurement Test (PMT) is required for this banking post.
- Phase I (Prelims): 100 Marks Objective Test (Qualifying).
- Phase II (Mains): 200 Marks Objective + 50 Marks Descriptive Test.
- Phase III (Psychometric Test/Interview): 50 Marks (Group Exercise & Personal Interview).
- Final Merit List: Calculated by normalizing Phase II and Phase III marks to a 75:25 ratio respectively.
- Document Verification: Verification of educational and category certificates.
